If you want to go for Engineering..then you can appear for the following entrance exams :-

IIT-JEE
AIEEE
BITSAT
KIITEE
VITEE
KCET

and many more..

If you want to go in for the Armed Forces then you can apply for

NDA(National Defense Academy)

If you want to get into the Medical line then you can give the following exams..

AIPMT
DPMT
AFMC
AIIMS

and many more..

Aftr giving my class 12 if i am not prepared for entrance exams shall i waste 1 whole year to prepare for them?

There are many exams that you can write, but you should think about your liking and what to do, whether do you want to be in technical or medical or even for Active services.

If you want to go for engineering, here are some of the exams you ca write:-

>>AIEEE

>>IIT-JEE

>>BITSAT

>>VIT

These, are the three main exams for engineering entrance exams ehile you may apply to various private colleges too.

If you want to go for Medical field, then you may write:

>>AIIMS

>>AIPMT

>>BHU

>>AFMC

>>JIPMER

>>NEIGRIMS

>>SIkkim Manipal PMT

Or even if you want active service, then

NDA
