Is it possible to get admisson in automobile engineering college without entrance test?what is the minimum cutoff marks in 12th requres for it?if my 12th class marks is 50% then which college is best for me?please suggest me chief and best college.

my name is Achyot chutia am from assam, tinsukia. i am a 10th pass student, i want to study in automobile engineering, but my marks so poor can i admission there if can then i want to study it, it is my dream to study about automobile, please sir help about this thing
