IIM Conducts the CAT entrance examination for those candidates who are interested to take admission in MBA Course in top Business Schools. And to apply for CAT Examination you need to complete your Graduation degree course in any discipline from a recognised university.

There is no restriction regarding the number of attempts in the Common Admission Test conducted by the Indian Institute of Management.
So, if you have scored a minimum of 50% in the bachelors degree examination, you are eligible to take the test as many times as you want.

For appearing in CAT exam the candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent

those candidates who belong to Scheduled Caste,Scheduled Tribe and Differently Abled categories should be graduation with 45%.

so prepare well and crack the CAT exam with high score and also got some IIM.

CAT 2012 is a Common Admission Test is conducted by the IIM's - Indian Institute of Management
you can apply for the cat exam any times.
