No, you can't pursue 12th standard from Rajasthan board if you have passed 11th standard from Central board. But, after completion of your 10th standard from Central board, you can pursue both 11th and 12th standard from Rajasthan board. So, if you want to pursue your 12th standard from Rajasthan board, you need to pursue your 11th standard from Rajasthan board.

No, you are not eligible to move to Rajasthan board in 12th std.

Candidates are eligible to change their board in 10th std. So, if you want to change the board from CBSE to Rajasthan board then again you have to pursue 11th std from Rajasthan board.

Candidates passed 10th with internal board are also eligible to change their board.

Migration form Central Board to Rajasthan board after 10th:-

First of all you have to keep this in your mind that migration is always needed whether you are switching boards or universities or states. You can easily get migration from the board or university. Which you are leaving by going there and apply for one. Go early in the morning and you will be able to get the certificate same day evening.

Fees is generally Rs 100 - Rs 150 - depending upon the board.

Candidates are not eligible to take migration after 11th std to get admission in 12th in any another recognised board.

So, you are not eligible to get admission in 12th in Rajasthan Board.

To appear in 12th examination one must have to pursue 11th from the same board. So, if you will take migration after 11th, then again you have to pursue 11th from Rajasthan board if interested in pursuing 12th from it.

No, you can not get direct admission in standard 12th. The admission for senior secondary board examination is done in 11th standard. If you have registered for board exam of 12th in CBSE and passed 11th standard then it is better for you to continue with same board.

Migration from CBSE to Rajasthan board in 11th will cost you complete one year of academics. CBSE is far better than any state board of Education.
