Can you please send me the name the institutions which helps in learing core subjects of engineering

All the institutions will help you up to an extent and the rest depends upon your hard work to learn your core subjects.There are many exams you can go through like IIT JEE,AIEEE,BITSAT,VITEEE..etc to get a seat in Engineering.

Other than the IIT's and NIT's there are various Universities which you can try out for like
Andhra University,Anna University,Mumbai University,SRM University,Amrutha university,Gitam University..etc

You can go through various entrance exams for getting a seat in Engineering college.You need to choose a Institute based whether it's AICTE Approved,UGC Approved,NBA Accredited,NAAC Grades.So, always choose a Institute based on these approvals and accreditions .All the Institutes according to me help to an extent.You really need to do hard work for gaining your core subjects.So,there are many Institutes which offers you standard education but everything depends upon your ranks in the competitive exams you have gone through to get a seat.

There is no doubt that the IITs and the NITs are considered to be the best institutions in INDIA and the students here do have an extra edge over others.And if you really want to get into these,then you have to get good rank in IIT-JEE to get admission in the IITs or in AIEEE to get into the NITs or some reputed institutions.

By the way,for getting good grip in your core subjects,you will have to work hard,start from the word GO,because "WELL BEGUN IS HALF DONE".And you can do that in any college by getting help from your lecturers,professors,classmates etc....
