i will say you just don't be so careless about your studies choose the subject according to your intrest and not by what will be good or bad and what others are following because if you do so then you will never get the satisfaction from the job you get afterwards and then you will swithch over jobs, so its better for you to know your likes and dislikes 1st then choose any PG subject / stream only then you will be satisfied and will score high in studies..

i hope you know what all PG courses you can do but you are confused regarding their scope in future... so my advice is dont worry but just follow what intrests you only then you can be the best in what you do..

for doing mba you have to write different national level exams like cat,xat,jmet,snap etc,

Friend I suggest you two options either you can do Mtech or you can do MBA.......

dear friend you can do further studies after B.Tech in IT are:
you can appear for GATE exam through which you can persue M.Tech
or you can appear for CAT,MAT,XAT,XLRI exams through which you can do MBA.

choice is only yours, take decision as per your interest.

Hey , I dont think so that you should persue for any master degree since there is no need to do any master for a specfic job as you can easily see on the companies listing at naukri.com

Now if you think that what to do after this? then the only way out is some courses offered by various institutes like NIIT or GNIIT. Since you are from IT stream you can do networking and telecommunication courses.

For networking you can do this from NIIT or GNIIT which also provide you original study material given by CISCO.

For telecommunication you can do this by any institute in delhi or any metro city, companies like simtech do offer short term of 2 month course in bts managements.

after doing b.tech in IT , I am suggesting you to for for MBA. now a days the demand of MBA graduate is very high and you also have extra edge because you have done b.tech.
if you are very much interested in software field than you can do m.tech.

hi friend. I think all the PG courses are greate useful to us .
and my suggestion is , if you do MCA (computer science) it will be easier to you because you have completed UG in B.tech IT.

And one more thing if you do PG in good colleges mean it will be good to you. better you write MAT exam to study mca in IIT.

I think if you are interested in company jobs then MBA is good.Otherwise go for M.Tech.

You can go for either MBA or M Tech depending on your skills and interest.
If you want to excel in your graduation subjects then go for M Tech or otherwise choose MBA if you find yourself more comfortable in managing things.

You can go for MS i.e. Master's in Software after graduating in IT. You can also have certifications like ISTQB.
