Does it is necessary to give entrance of CS after completing graduation...!

No, it is not necessary for candidates who have done bachelor's degree or master's degree to appear for entrance exam for foundation course of Company Secretary course. As per rules of ICSI, candidates who have done graduation or post graduation need to apply for Executive course directly.
