Is it necessary to be passed class 12 or in class 11 also can we give the exam of NDA?

NO
you can give the exam ifi you are in 11th standard for checking your level ,But you cannot fet admission in it until you doesnot satisfy the criteria i.e 12th passed

Yes its very much necessary since the eligibility criteria of NDA is passed in 12th and later you have to answer an All india entrance test which will help you to get admission into NDA

No ,it is not at all necessary to be passed 12th exam to appear for NDA.you can also give it while appearing for 12th standard.then it will be considerable .And if you clear the written test then they will call you for an interview.
you can also have it when you are in 11th standard .but then even you clear the exam you will not be called for an interview or any proceeding test followed by it.

It is not necessary to be on 12th standard for appearing in NDA,you can only appear & rejected at the time of document checking because you doesn't full fill the minimum eligibility criteria i.e 12th standard.

no you cannot atend the exam if u r in 11th!!!!! u will need to pass an entrance exam wich include +2 tpics also so better prepare for NDA....... and score great mark in+2.... al d best....

Because as per the eligibility criteria of NDA,the candidate must pass the 12th or its equivalent.

ad the criteria is that you have to complete your class 12th exam

Candidate must have cleared 10+2 education level. Those candidates who are currently studying in 12th class can also apply for the entrance examination. For Navy and Air Force candidates should have had Physics & Mathematics in Class 12th. Also a candidate must be more than 16 & 1/2 years and less than 19 years of age as on 1st January, 2011. Additionally a candidate must be physically and medically fit according to the specified requirements.

The Educational Qualifications are as follows:

For Army wing of National Defence Academy :- 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 (Executive Branch) Course at the Naval Academy :- 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equilvalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

So as clearly mentioned, you have to pass +2 then only are you eligible to sit for the exam. So kindly do not get misguided.
Concentrate on your studies, and thereafter you can apply for the same.

You may give exam in the middle of +2 also but you will be selected after clearing your twelveth.Most of the student give this paper in +2 to see its outline and to prepare well for next year.

then only you are eligible for NDA (national defence examinayion)exam which is conducted every year by the upsc.
