For Budhist religion no need to submit non cream layer certificate because of Budhist are belongs to the SC/ST category according to the guide line of Supreme Court of India.

OBC having two categories like cream layer and non cream layer. They have to submit the non cream certificate.

For SC/ST candidate no need to show any certificate. They have to show only cast certificate which is issued by the Tehsil or Block.
