Hello sir, Is it possible to take admission in M.Sc Electronics after doing B.Tech in Electronics? If, yes please provide list of universities of USA for it?

Yes, you are eligible to do M.Sc in Electronics after completing B.Tech in Electronics. Below is the eligibility criteria to do M.Sc in Electronics.
