Re: prepration for govt. job
dear friend,
the job suitable for you does not depend on your age but your will power and interests to take up a job. so if you ask me, all jobs can be done even at this age. well to get a govt job, you need to write UPSC or the public service commission of the respective states. also, there are various recruitment news put up in the leading newspapers and television channels. have an eye on them. to add up there are several bank exams and clerical exams and stenography exams conducted every year. keep your senses alert for any such news. all the very best. God bless you |

If you would have mentioned your educational qualification then we could tell you about the options in Government sector which you can try out for. But at this age Private sector is the best.If you have more work experience then your preference rate will be high. So,its better that you check out for the Private sector. |

Re: prepration for govt. job
Respected Sir,
If you belong to General category, then it is sorry to say that you can't apply for any government job because the maximum age limit is 30 years (which is for IAS,IPS ). But if you belong to OBC then there is a relaxation for 3 years. And for SC's/ST's the relaxation is 5 years. Good day...... |

hii
prepration for govt. job At the age of 31 you doesn't have many options left in the Government sector. If your from GEN category the max. age limit is 30 years and for SC/ST it may be around 33-35 depending from job to job. at this age Private sector is the best.If you have more work experience then your preference rate will be high. So,its better that you check out for the Private sector. good luck |

Re: prepration for govt. job
Dear friend,
you have not specified your educational qualifications. so it is very difficult to suggest any particular sector of govt. job which would be suitable for you and what kind of job are you searching for. Anyways, as far as my knowledge is concerned one need to brush up one's mathematical skills,DI,GI, english grammar, and GK. there are many books available in market now a days. you may consult 1)upkar publication 2)kiran 3)competition success review (either Hindi or English) 4)pratiyogita darpan 5)manorama year books and many more you may also follow newspapers like Hindu, The times of india. the statesman, economic times etc etc all the best hope you get a govt job |
