Im gonna do my 2nd year B.com. I just have the fire to become an IAS, but have not started any preparation yet. Can anyone help me out in knowing certain things. What should i do now, at ths stage?

i would like to have the some previous years papers (years 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011) and the subject is history, administration,commerce and accountany and economics.
