Want to do LLB after my graduation in Income Tax Law, what is the process? May I get any exemption if I'm a CA-IPCC cleared student?

CA IPCC is the Chartered Accountancy Integrated Professional Competence Course. This course has nothing to do with the Bachelor's degree in law.

If you want to do bachelor's degree in law, you must apply for the Common Law Admission test. After 10+2, the duration of LLB course is five years but after bachelor's degree it is only of three years.

CLAT is conducted by the National Law University of India. Depending upon your performance in CLAT exam, you will get admission in any law college for LLB. The official website of CLAT is www.clat.ac.in.

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) an undergraduate course offered by many law collages . It is a 3 year course deals with the various aspects of Law .

Eligibility Criteria for LLB :

The minimum eligibility for joining LLB course is graduation with 50% in the qualifying examination (40% for SC / ST).
