A candidate can apply for the post of CBI through SSC combined
Graduate preliminary examination. This examination is conducted every
every by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC).
This exam is basically conducted for the selection of candidate for the
following posts Assistants, Inspectors and Sub- Inspectors, Divisional
Accountants, Junior Accountants, Auditors in various
governmental agencies like the Railways, Central Vigilance Commission,
Central Excise, Income Tax, CBI, Central Police Organizations etc.

For the post of CBI a candidate needs the following eligibility criteria.

Education Qualification
For the post of CBI a candidate should be graduate in any discipline.
Those appeared in the final year examination are also eligible to apply
for this examination.

Age Limit
Candidate age should be between 20 and 27 years.
Relaxation in age given to reserved category candidates like SC/ST
for 5 years.

Hi, the minimum qualification needed will be graduation from a recognized university.
You can join CBI, as a sub-inspector by applying for Combined graduate level exam conducted by SSC.
The exam was held in the previous month, if you have missed it no worries. keep checking www.ssc.nic.in. It will be out again next year.

10+2 maximum mark required 55%
age limit is also an important role .....
general students 20-28 yrs

dear friend,

To become CBI officer, you may appear for combined graduate preliminary exam, conducted by staff selection commission.

To be eligible for the exam, you must hold a bachelors degree (any*stream), from a recognized university.

The minimum age is 20 years whereas, the maximum age limit is 27 years with relaxation of upto 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC.
