I Have writeen Gate2011(ME).Ihave found my score around 60-62,what would be my AIR and Also tell me what would be expected cutoff for iisc and iit madras

no, it is not enough mark.

Cut off depends on the top mark.......But you have got really a very good score
So you can get in IISC or even IIT's

it depends on the demand of the course at the time of admission,
you can be rest assured to get an admission in iit madras based on your score,
but not necessarily the subject you want to take,
as for as iisc Bangalore is concerned,it conducts its own test for some branches and takes only interview for some branches ,
