To teach in a recognized management college, you must have qualified National Eligibility Test in Management or related field. The National Eligibility Test is conducted by University Grant Commission (UGC) to assess candidates eligibility to teach in college or universities in the relevant subject.
To take this test, you must have qualified masters program with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university.
The test is conducted twice a year, in the month of June and December.

Requirements to teach in a management college

1) you can have knowledge of marathi as it will be preferred

2)Eminent scholar with Ph.D. qualification in the concerned / allied/ relevant
discipline and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research.

3)Require a minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university/college

4)For Associate Professor a Masters Degree with at least 55% marks is required

5)Good academic record with doctoral degree
