is qualification matter in promotion to next rank for ORs?if yes then what is the difference between education havildar and other havildar,being both treated same in army

The salary of a soldier in army starting from 20thousands..........
and 1.The transportation charges are free for his family members. 2.His personal charges are recovered by the govern ment only. 3.His children have reservation. etc...... so many benefits are there and first of all we are giving something to our motherland..... ALL THE BEST
