Its a very good academic record you achieved ,so there are so many options to get scholarships.

Basically,if you are in Govt. colleges,then I think you must get scholarships , named Merit-cum-Means.

2) LIC Golden Jubilee Scholarship Scheme

Eligibility : The candidate should be a student of BTech.

for regular scholarship its start from 1st semester but it is too late.do not worry talk to your college authority because in every college there is a fee waiver scheme.take that.that is really helpful.

Yeah you may apply for the scholarship as you have a great percentage. You college must be offering some scholarships for the toppers if not you can apply for other scholarships. Bishwajit has already posted some good scholarships but i can give you a link where in you can track all the latest scholarships

However i would advice you to apply for IOC as that shud fit your needs..

if there is system of scholarship in your college then you can apply for this
otherwise you can also search on the internet where you may get some govt organisation which may provide scholarship to the toppers otherwise it has less chance because it start from the begining

Since you have a good academic record getting scholarship will not be too difficult. Also since your family income is low you could mention the same. You could approach your college authorities as they could help you in this matter.

see, there is no Scholarships for B.Tech students who have good academic record.

but if you do mtech will get Scholarships.

MHRD Scholarship amount for M.Tech Stipend based on GATE score is fully depends on the interview of the candidate.

the amount is varied from 8000/- to 14000/- p.m.

minimum a candidate will get 8000/-p.m.

1-you can get scholarships from state government (from your colleges) based on your financial status.

2- scholarships based on merits and records

Hi friend you can't apply now for the Scholarship, you should apply when you finished the 1 SEMESTER in the 1 year, for that you should have more the 75%, ok don't worry, you apply when do for Higher studies

*BPCL
*SC/ST community

one condition, for other caste if you have more 80% only it will easy to get, then your 10th and 12th mark also consider,Best of luck
