Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have done graduation from the recognized university to be eligible for this course.

• Only those candidates who possess first class degree are eligible for this course.

• Candidate must not be more than 35 years of age to be eligible for this course. Candidates belonging to the reservation caste or from the defence background are offered relaxation of two years in the upper age limit eligibility criterion.

To join ISRO as a scientist you have to complete your +2 in science, then do your honor's degree in Physics, then after graduating you can go for post-graduation and specialize in astronomy.
But if you are lucky you can get a chance to join ISRO while doing your post graduation studies.

There is another way to join ISRO.

You can join ISRO after completing your graduation in Engineering in fields like Electronics, mechanical and Computer Science as a Scientist/Engineer SC....

ISRO also come for campusing in various colleges, you can also join ISRO at that time.....

I am doubtful about it. Better try for ISRO after MSc. After MSc you can get a great job in ISRO. But to get there you will need to appear for many rounds of interview. So prepare yourself for that in these 2 years...

Along with the make you base strong in your main subject as thats also the main criteria of selection.

ya of course you can join as a scientist after doing the M.Sc ......

Not very tough but they have ask some fundamental question to check your basic knowledge ,understanding and they many times ask from your dissertation /project work which you have completed during your m.sc.
