I have submitted IIT form with coloured background of my photo?

Will my form be rejected

1)Mostly they won't reject , but in the application they have mentioned that background should be white , 70% they will accept the application,check your status in the following link http://www.iitg.ac.in/jee/app.php

2)Most of they student are doing lot of mistake in filling the application form, the main reason is that, you are not reading the Instruction of the Application form,don't repeat this here on

don't worry friend it seems that you have filled the form without reading the instructions given in information bronchure provided with IIT-JEE form. i have seen so many students committing the same mistake but they all received their admit card. this fact can give you some kind of relief . IIT is not so strict at this point means you will surely receive your admit card. if still you are not satisfied then contact iit officials .good luck.

Coloured background should not be a problem. The photo must be of the correct size. also hope you have filled the form correctly.

Don't worry you have comitted a simple mistake so you will definitely receive your admit card. there is no need to worry. but remember in future don't fill the form without reading the instruction given in information bronchure. good luck.

No need to worry. Your application will not be rejected. This is just a common mistake. They do not reject forms for this background photo problem.
they mention this condition so that the photo on the admit card is clear.

IIT forms are mostly not rejected if the photograph problem will be there.

and any form with color photographs are not rejected ,

don't worry..

and please don't do the same mistake again again for next filling up the forms.

It is my advice to you to contact with IIT zonal office to ask about your problem....
