To get a job in PSU , first of all you have to appear in the GATE exams.
GATE exams are conducted by IIT Most of the PSU of India use GATE scores to shortlist candidates for interviews Also you have to look for vacancies advertised by PSU which conducts its own written tests. Also you can appear in the below exams >> Engineering services exams: This exam is conducted by UPSC Eligibilty is BE/BTECH pass Age should be between 21 and 30 years Next exam would be held on 28th June 2013 >> BSNL JTO Exams: Eligibilty is BE/BTECH in IT, telecommunications, Computers, Electronis Maximum age to apply is 30 years >> SBI PO exams & IBPS PO exams Eligibilty is Graduation pass.Final year Graduation students cannot apply. Age should be between 21 to 30 years |

Yes, certain PSU don’t specify any cut off marks for B.Tech. You can try for trainee level jobs in firms like GAIL or SAIL. BHEL is another firm where you can try for a job. But you must hold a valid GATE score to apply in these companies. In PWD, you can try for technical job positions. Such details can be collected from state PSC website.
