I am sarika shah, now i have given the examination of B.Sc.III with physics.i am so much intrested in pilot training that's why i want to take the admission for CPL.so please guide me about the time as well as money consuming cpl giving institutes in India.My financial condition is not so good so also wants to know about edcational finance loan.Please help me.

The duration of CPL courses use to be of 18 months.
The aviation is bit costly. So as the CPL courses are. But the job after such courses are very beautiful and full of money. The course fee is around 10 lakhs INR in which you can get loan of upto 75% from banks. As the course is a professional course and there are job security so you can get loans easily.
Also there are several scholarship programs on merit means basis.

Eligibility criteria:- class 12 (PCM) passed with atleast 60 % aggregate.and must not be less then 17 years of age.

Duration: 18 months.

The best flying school in India is Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Udan Academy (IGRUA).Selection is through An entrance (WOMBAT) which is followed by an Interview.

But becoming Pilot is very expensive course fees at IGRUA is 24,60,000 lacs.

However,you can select from the below mentioned instiutes,that will cost some what cheaper then IGRUA:-

Your vision in one eye must be perfect - 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.

duration of CPL course-

1) Yeah you have seen right. But at least 60% aggregate is also requoired.

2) After acquiring SPL, PPL and then CPL after at least flying experiance of 129 in training and total 250 hours which is minimum requirement for getting into Pilot job, you will have to work as a Co-Pilot. Co-Pilot job includes nothing more then to assist Pilot or in la man terms Senior Pilot.

I think at least 750 hours of flying experiance required to become a Senior Pilot or Pilot from Co-Pilot.

3) As Co-Pilot you will be earn anything between 80,000- 1.2 lacs per month in private sector, while in government 20,000 (approx) with pay and allowance. And a Senior Pilot or Pilot can earn 2.5 Lacs- 4 Lacs in India, while upto 7 Lacs per month in International Private Jetlines. While in Indian government pays 36,000 (approx) along with pay and allowance etc. per month.

hi..i have applied for the CPL test this year..and want to know some more details abt pilot.
the 18 months course that u all mentioned for CPl...is that only theory(course work) or is that "training (flying) " included?
and...if i begin now..in exactly how many months time can i get a CPL..i mean with the usual ladder of SPl>PPl>CPL..and is there anyway to become CPl directly with SPL..

To obtain a Commercial Pilots License (CPL):

250 hours of flying (including 60 hours for the PPL) is necessary. Besides that you have to undergo a Medical Fitness Test which is held at New Delhi and an examination which consists of Air Regulations, Aviation Meteorology, Air Navigation, Technical, Planning, and communications in the form of Radio & Wireless Transmission. With the CPL, a pilot can take up any professional assignment.

But i wold like to inform you that before obtaining C.P.L you have to obtaine S.P.L and P.P.L

What if the eyesight vision is not less than the required vision for CPL and what if 1 eye is correct and the other is much less and pls tell me the difference between 20/20 vision and 6/6 / 6/9 vision!... and if i don't want contact lenses is there any exercises like (yoga) for eyes to increase the vision and feel much better than before?
