Is training during 3rd year CSE good for getting placements?


sir i m eng. student of cse 3rd year..i want to do training..so is it gud or nt fr placement.......

Now I'm a cse 2nd yr student..I have 56% in H.s & 66% in Madhyamik..I have known that all have to be 60% in campus interview..So I want to khow can i get any job in it sector if I have good knowledge in subject any way...How can i prepare for a job in good company??please help me with relevant information..
