generally these companies do campus selection ie they take student from different diploma and degrees colleges. But some time they also publish the advertisement to take employee. So keep daily touch with national dailies and when you find this, you can apply for the required job.

These companies recruit two ways.Either campus interview or open interview.open interview is,publishing an advertisement in a news paper and called the candidates.
