i am a 4th yr student but i still don't knw wat i'l b dng after completing it....this may b the side effects of recession.....not having any job gives so frustrating thoughts that are inexpressible.....can anyone tell me how dis exam wl help me further?

hey dont get too tensed...relax..god has plans 4 all of us..everything wld b 4 gud.trust me.

In my opinion you should study further after completing your B.Tech. But if you don't want to study further then try to get a job. Your qualifications and talent will not let you down at any phase of your life.

Please don't get frustrated, write u r exams with cool mind.Keep update of u r subjects.Exams r test for u r knowledge,understanding of the subjects.So don't neglect the exams.And i think recession can't effect u r opportunities if u talent & hardworking nature.So don't think about other things and keep concentrate on work, u will definitely have good future

I am Hem raj, B.Tech final year student.In my opinion if a student have good family back ground.then he should go for higher studies. and in other manner you must select a job as you wish.if you have got some talent then you'll get your job easily.


note:if you are very compelled for job then take it.other wise you must study further.

1) IF YOU ARE PLANNING FOR HIGHER STUDIES IN ABROAD THEN YOU SHOULD WRITE GRE AND TOEFEL EXAM BEFORE YOU COMPLETE B.TECH SO THAT YOU CAN APPLY FOR UNIVERSITIES AND GOAHEAD.IF YOU ARE PLANNING FOR MBA THEN WRITE CAT EXAM BEFORE YOU FINISH BTECH FINAL SEMESTER.
2)IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO DO JOB AFTER B.TECH THEN JOIN IN GOOD COACHING CENTER AND TAKE YOU CORE SUBJECT COURSE.FOR EXAMPLE : CSE : .NET,JAVA,ORACLE ECE/EEE:EMBEDDED SYSTEMS , VLSI ETC..AND AFTER COURSES DO CERTIFICATIONS WHICH WILL BOOST UP YOUR RESUME WHILE HUNTING FOR A JOB.
3) PREPARE FOR GATE EXAM ALSO IF YOU ARE OPTING FOR M.TECH AS HIGHER STUDIES.

you just concentrate on studies it depends totally on from where are you doing your graduation
i advice you to go for higher studies try for pg from some reputed institutes like iits
go for gate
also opt for iims through cat and all
if you some specific problem then plz be specific i will definitely help you out

hi... in my opinion first try buildup u r self confidence.. when u loose u r confidence u may lost everything... trust u r self b confident.. go ahead.

Enroll for higher studies ...you can write GRE, TOEFL or GATE

There are many options available after the completion of your B Tech degree. If you want to study further, go for GATE, Management Studies, GRE etc. and if want to do job, various choices are available in the market, like Telecom Officers, Security Officers, Bank POs etc.

After qualifying a good score in GATE exams, getting a nice Govt job will become easier to you.

dont get tensed...i think u should go for higher studies....write xms like gate,...am also preparing for it...but u should prepare well...then it will be a great achievement....

don worry friend. there are huge and a lots of jobs available in core companies and even the it companies are still recruiting people so don worry prepare for your aspects and do well. more than this you can continue for ur higher studies also else could try out in some part time jobs by getting registered in the job sites. It is good to go for higher studies.......... you can study upto Ph.d and make your career in research field.....

as you said it is the recession time , so the best thing one can do at this time is to increase the education qualification yoiu can go for mba or masters in your field.....this will help you a lot after the recession is over,,to find a lot better job......

don't worry you will have to be patient and wait till recession is over still you can join some bpo centers and prepare for governmental exam it you qualify them your future will be secured so don't put down your weapons before fighting ........

First of all be relaxed,there is nothing to worry dear.

Yes it the negetive affect of recession,but to avoid the negetive effect the best way is to opt for higher education and accuire some soft skills that will in minmizing the negetive effect of recssion.

And now market healing,its coming back to its platform,dont forget any recession can not stop India for becoming the largest economic super power till 2020.

There are two options you prefer after you complete your B.Tech degree. If you are economically efficient and don’t need a job, it is better you go for your further studies. A specialization will always earn you more salary as well as priority during interviews and of course sound grip over subject. Otherwise you can find some job.


Further Studies:

If you prefer to continue to studies, you can do Post graduate courses and then obtain a Ph.D. You have lots of options during this P.G course like M.S/ M.Tech, IAS/IPS, Navy/NDA and Finance related courses like MBA.

yeah everybody knows that mba or mtech is a beter course........but problem is choosing between two i completed 2-2 eee ..........i am having a problem between choosing course....could you suggest one which can give better oppurtunities......

why are you getting so upset?? Everything will be good. Just believe in GOD. They decide everything, What have to do or what have not to do for anyone? Life is very short, so live each moment with full of joys not with sorrows. Don't think for future, leave it on God. Think only for present, do hard work and always be positive. There is so many options after Btech. You can apply for govt. jobs or can do higher studies like Mtech or MBA.

if btech is from computers then step your foot in the corporate world and have a good job.....
if btech from chemical, biotechnology then one should go for Mtech.....and rest you can opt for MBA which makes a great combo with btech.......

Dont worry there is lots to do after you complete your BTech like say you can go for MBA. Prepare for CAT well and try to get to the top B Schools of India.

You can even try for civil services exams too and prepare for IAS/IPS. Both are rewarding careers and so its a great alternative for a job after BTech
