What is the average salary provided by TCS for help desk and BPO?
Hi. I would like to know the average salary
in TCS Guadalajara for Help desk and also for BPO. Do someone know this in details? It will be helpful if you can help me understand this. Thanks! |

Help desk has two types:
Technical Help desk(Voice): Non-Technical Help desk(Non-Voice): Technical Help Desk(Voice): The package will be around 1.75 lakhs per annum + shift allowance + Medical allowances. You have rotational shifts. Non-Technical Help desk(Non-Voice): The package will be around 1.50 lakhs per annum. Depends upon project you will get the shifts, maximum you will general shifts. If in case US project you will get nights followed by shift allowances. BPO: The package will be around 1.25 lakhs per annum + shift allowance + Medical allowances. You have rotational shifts. |
