What is the best time for a engineering student to apply for IPS exam ? Whether it should apply in the final year or after being graduated ?

IPS exam is always a tough call for the people preparing for it, therefore it is strongly recommended that you should first complete your degree and then go on for the IPS exam after graduation. because it is not an on going examination which can be cleared out with the engineering course. You need at least one year of serious preparation in order to crack the civil services.
