Selection of career completely depends upon your interest and expertise in a particular field. Now, as you are from Arts background, you may be interested in teaching and if it is so, you should pursue B.Ed from a recognized university. This will make you eligible to write the Teacher Eligibility Test, qualifying which has become mandatory for getting into teaching profession even at the primary level.
To be eligible to teach at university level, you have got to complete masters degree program and qualify National Eligibility Test in Lectureship, which is conducted by University Grant Commission.

Apart from teaching, as per your qualification, you may write various examinations for getting into the Public Sector. Entrance examination like Civil Service Exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission can be written if you are interested in joining Indian Police Services, Indian Administrative Services etc.
You may also write State Service Examination conducted by public service commission of every state for recruitment of candidates into civil services of respective states.
A graduate in any discipline is also eligible to appear for Bank Exams for clerical Post as well as for the post of Probationary Officer.

Since there are lots of options open , it depends upon you, which way you want to head towards.

what are the career options after B.A. with 57%. I have studied office management, music vocal and elective punjabi. But i am not good at music. I opted this as nobody guided me.

As you have mentioned in your question that you have did your graduation in B.A. with 53% marks that is in second division. According to my point of view in future you should have to work very hard in order to get good marks. You should attain at least 60% in the course whatever you select in future for better opportunities.

Well, you have so many options after the completion of your graduation in B.A. Some of the better options are listed below:

1. Master in Arts:

As you have completed B.A. it will be good to get better experience in the same field. You can go for M.A. Here, you can get complete study of any subject which you have studied in B.A.

2. B.Ed.

You can go for B.Ed., by doing this you can be able to become a school Teacher. You will be able to teach to the students either in government or private sschools.

3. MBA:

You can go for MBA in HR. If you have good interest in Management then you should definitely go for MBA.

4. After Master's UGC:

In order to become a lecturer, you should have to clear out the UGC entrance exam. You should first of all complete your master's in the stream, which you want to select as your main course in UGC. After clearing this exam you'll be able to become a Lecturer.

5. Civil Services-

After completing graduation in any stream, one can apply for the entrance exam of civil services.

6. Bank Exams:

In order to get job in the banking sector, you can give entrance exam for clerical & PO posts in banks. As you have already did your graduation, you can apply for this.

7. Master's in Fashion Designing

8. Master's in Interior Designing

9. PGDC

10. DCA

You should select any stream, but make sure about your interest in that field first.
