what is the correct method for drkning the circles?
is it correct when we fill the circle85%
or is it wrong when even small dot gets pointed by pen outside the circle?

Dear friend
The method which you use is not correct and your marking should not be come outside .You will have to darken the circle 100% not 85%. Remember one thing while darking the circle you just put your pencil inside the circle and rotate clockwise then you will get accuracy in darking the circle.
