Can you please tell me what is the correct time to prepare for GRE and TOEFL?

for preparation of GRE and TOEFL you are not given any specific time limitation . you need be in touch with english vocab, and aptitude regularly...
prepare from now onward sa that you can give a good fight for the exams in august(i hope you have filled the form)

Basically you have the option to choose between the spring and autumn intake. Ideally try for the spring season as intake is more in this season. Since the spring season begins around August or September your application should reach them by January or February. So you must appear the exam latest by November or December. You must begin your preparation at least 6 months before you plan to take the test.

GRE and TOEFL are the exams to do higher study in abroad universities.

basically students go to do MBA , MS , PhD etc from foreign universities .

so will suggest you to complete your graduation with good score ,after that you go for these exams.
