what is the cut off marks in civil ies exam for st candidate?

what we have to do for general ability test?

IES exam cut off marks is approximately 60% and for ST candidates its slightly lower.. that depends up on the paper..

for your knowledge there is no fixed cutoff for any type of applicant be it general or st........its cutoff totally depends on paper and the type of competition......

there is no fixed cut off marks for st candidates in civil ies exam.

it varies every year.cut off marks mainly depends upon the standards of paper and number obtained by the candidates.

there is no fixed cutt off marks but from the last years the cutt off for st is silghtly lower than that of 60% marks for ies exam and rest it depends on paper

its an general feeling that if you are able to score more than 300 marks in the objective section you are sure of an rank for any category student

Each and every year the Cut off marks will be varying...

as you know this is the toughest exam in our country..

The competition for the Posts Each year is increasing numerously..

but there will be relaxation for some reserved categories...

I can't say exactly how much will it be but

there will be 30% extra relaxation in the qualifying mark for reserved category students from the general category students...

so check this info..it may be useful

I have listen that if you will not qualify for general ability test. your copies of objective and subjective papers will not be checked further.
