You must have finished your degree from any recognised university...
You have to finished the entrance test conducted by UPSC. After you have interview,after the merit list will be announced by upsc. Good luck... |

You must have cleared 10+2 with out any backlogs and you can choose any degree course what do you interest and improve communication skills and complete your degree course from any recognized university with out any backlogs after that you can write entrance test conducting form Upsc
