i want to do my post graduation in iit so tell me what is eligibility...please tell me what is it

First of all you need to complete B.Tech or B.E. After that appear for the GATE. The syllabus is similar to the B.Tech course. Good score in this exam along with good academic record is a must. There is no age limit so you can pursue the course even after gaining a few years of experience.
