Since your daughter is in 12th standard, she, first of all needs to qualify the finals. After qualifying the exam, she will be eligible to register for the Foundation Program of the Company Secretary course and the duration of the course is approximately nine months.
The next level of the course is Executive Program, and in order to be eligible for it, she will need to qualify the Foundation Program Examination. However, graduate in any discipline are eligible to register for Executive Program without pursuing the Foundation Program. The duration of this program is also nine months.
Apart from these two programs, the course also comprise of management training for a period of fifteen months and finally, the Professional Program.

respected sir , you choose a very good field for your daughter as this is best suited for girls . but your daughter is in standard 12 . first she must be a graduate with min. 50% marks to be civil services officers and there are lot of entrance exam conducted by state and central commission. There are only private institutions who prepare aspirant for civil services course. fee vary from place to place .

Yes your eligible to apply for CS course after complete 12th standard .

ICSI :- Institute of Company Secretary of India

CS is an professional course . The duration of the course is for four years with practical training . The course having three levels namely ,

-Foundation Course
-Intermediate course
-Final course

For Foundation course :- you should be complete 12th board Examination in any discipline like Commerce / Science / Arts etc.. from recognized university or equivalent Examination from recognized university . You should score Minimum 55% percentage of marks .

For Intermediate Course :- You should be qualified in graduation in any discipline from recognized university . You should score Minimum 50% percentage of marks .

Every eight month before you have to fill the application form of C.S. examination foundation program.

There are two session generally in a year for C.S.

So for June,2012 session you have to fill up the form on 30th September,2011.

And the December,2012 session you have to fill up the form on 31th March,2012.
