Jobs are available in public sector companies like BSNL,SAIL,IOCL,CIL,NTPC as well as in private sector companies like S/w companies.
CS engineers can also apply for IT/Technical officers in Banking sectors or you can also apply for the post of PO in banking sector.

For jobs in PSU companies, you should be good in technical papers and keep reading employment news paper regularly or check the site
freshersworld.com for latest openings.

For jobs in S/w companies, you should post your resume on job portals like monster.com, naukri.com so that you get call from companies
who are interested.You should keep checking the status of resume on regular intervals.
It would be good if you do some technical trainings on dotnet, java or oracle database so that you get an added advanatage in interviews for s/w companies.

There are many companies available in public sector like NTPC, HAL, INDIAN OIL, BHEL e.t.c. You can apply any of the companies.

Also, C-DAC is a SOFTWARE COMPANY controlled by central government. You can also get in here.

Also government level jobs including database administration comes as advertisments in news papers

Also, you can be alecturer in government colleges.
