Here is the details of salary package of BDO officer.

Salary of BDO Officer : 1 53 618 to 6 72 000 rs.

Bonus of Rs 3091 to 200668 Rs.

Total sharing profit 10,174.

Commission + = 650000.

Then the total salary of BDO officer is approximately between 170143 to 809877 Rs.

You should have a graduation degree from recognized university.
You should have good communication skill.
You should have good ability to work of any kind.
If you have the above qualities then you are eligible to apply for the BDO job.

The Gross salary of West Bengal Government for 1st class Gazetted Officer Block Development Officer

Gross salary - Around 57,000 per month
Net Salary - Around 50,000 per month


And there is Bonus of 75000 per year.
