In general, all technical/personal interviews have basic to complex questions on important papers you have learnt so far and some deep questions from the special areas of interest (if you mentioned any; actually you should mention).

1. Question will be based on your area of interest
or 2. They will give some tasks based on your subject. 3. They can ask some twisted questions and subject wise question etc
