Respected Sir, I want to join the Kerala Police as Sub Inspector (SI) so I want to know what is the minimum height required for the selection of SA in Kerala Police? What are the other Physical criteria required for the post? Please answer as soon as possible.

=> To join the Kerala Police as Sub Inspector candidate must have passed bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

=> The age of candidate must be in between 21 to 25 years.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum Height = 170 cms

2. CHEST SIZE = 81 cms before expansion and 85cms after full expansion

Physical criteria for SI post for Kerala Police:-

Minimum Physical Standard:

i) For Male Candidates:
Height-1.67 mtrs.
Weight-51.5 Kgs
Chest-79 cms with a minimum expansion of 5 cms

ii) For Female Candidates:-
Height-1.60 mtrs.
Weight- 45 Kgs

iii) Vision :

Eye-sight ( with or without glasses )
Distant vision : 6/6 in one and 6/9 in the other eye.
Near vision 0.6 in one eye and 0.8 in other eye.
