Hi friend............
IAS, IPS, IFS exams are Civil Service Examinations. These exams are conducted by Union Public Service Commission once in a Year. No of Attempts: 4 attempts are required for the General Category. 7 attempts are required for the OBC Category. No limit of attempts are required for the SC\ST Categories. Hi Friend, in Every notification Government of Indian follow rules of reservation in Civils examinaiton which is conducted by union public service commission new delhi
The reservation is as per Government of India's policy. 27% for OBCs. 15% for SCs 7.5 % for STs. The rest is for general category. All the best my friend

the ST comes in reserve category so there seats for IAS/IPS/IFS exams are 865!
