Re: What is the procedure for becoming locopilot after completion of 10th and 12th standard?
No, 10th or 12th qualification is not sufficient to appear for loco pilot entrance examination conducted by RRB.
The minimum required qualification to appear for examination is that candidate must have passed 12th with course completed act apprentice or have diploma/ITI degree from a recognised institution. The age limit is 18-30 years with relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category. So, you have to pursue the required course to appear for examination. |

For becoming a locopilot, one has to do ITI in either Fitter or Mechanics.
If a candidate has pursued in diploma in mechanical/electronics/IT then also he/she can apply for locopilot job. Selection procedure is entirely based on firstly written exam and then Personal Interview. |
