I want to know after pass NET exam what is the process to become a lecture in a degree college.

In order to become a lecturer in Government Colleges/Universities you will have to appear for the NET.

After getting pass in this Exam you will individually got a Call letter from UGC for Joining and the college Details where you will get Posting.

For appearing in this exam you will require the following eligibility:-

Educational Qualification:-

>>You must be passed out passed out in PG Degree.
>>Your degree should be approved from the AICTE/UGC.

Marks details:-

>>Your minimum marks should be 55%.
(In case if you are from SC/ST then your minimum marks should be 50%).

Age details:-

>>If you give the Exam for Lecturership then there is no age limit.
(Through Lecturership Exam conducted by UGC you can become a Lecturer).

Exam Pattern:-

Paper 1 :-It will contain 60 questions.You will have to attempt only 50.
Total marks of this exam will be 100.
Total time duration for this exam will be 1 hours and 20 minutes.

Paper 2 :-It will contain 50 questions.All questions are compulsory.
Total marks of this exam will be 100.
Total time duration for this exam will be 1 hours and 20 minutes.

Paper 3 :-It will contain 75 questions.All questions are compulsory.
Total marks of this exam will be 150.
Total time duration for this exam will be 2 hours and 30 minutes.
