qualifications for teacher is B.Ed and also CTET is important

Eligibility criteria for I-V class teacher:
-->>pass 12th in any stream.
-->>Also complete one year diploma in teacher training.

Eligibility criteria for VI-VIII class teacher:
-->>pass graduation with stream which you can teach at the school level.
-->>All complete your B.Ed from recognized university.

Eligibility criteria for IX-XII class teacher:
-->>pass post graduation in any stream which you can teach in school.
-->>Pass B.Ed from recognized college.

After completing your graduation you have qualifying the entrance exam like,
UPTET
CTET
JNV
KVS

There are certain ways where one can be a part of teaching field..

-D.ed:- diploma in education,this is the 2 year course ,where after qualification one can become teaher teacher in primary school.

-B.ed:- bachelor in education which makes one as a teacher for higher classes.it's a 1 year course.

-D.Ed and B.ed qualify teachers can work in government and private schools.

-to become lecturere or proffessors one has to apply for CTET and CSIR-NET ,need to qualify the entrance exam respectively.

&CTET :- lecturere

-CSIR:- after the completion of phd,you can work as a professor in college or in university.

You are going to need a degree in any discipline and a B.Ed certificate which is of two years course to apply for TET exam( teacher eligibility test) conducted by state and central. You need to qualify in order to be a Govt. Teacher.

Teaching is the very good profession in India and has good growth chance. In this ANSWER, I AM providing complete Selection Procedure to become a Government teacher. only graduate candidates cannot apply for the position of a Teacher. It is compulsory for the candidate to have a B.Ed. BTC, NTT etc degree, in order apply for the Teacher positions.

You have must be minimum graduate ,post graduate and JBT etc. The teacher level jobs depend upon your qualifications. If you are a degree holder can get job assistant professor.
