What is the syllabus followed for CAT exam? What all course available in IIM after 12th standard? Can you please guide me in preparing for the exam? I need to ensure that I will clear the exam and join in IIM for the course. Please help me in this.

CAT can be given during final year of graduation or after completing graduation.

You cannot appear for CAT exam just after passing 12th.

CAT will contain two sections in the exam.

Section 1
  • Quantitative Ability
  • Data Interpretation

Section 2
  • Verbal Ability
  • Logical Reasoning

syllabus followed for CAT exam:Written exams pattern

Quantitative aptitude.
Verbal reasoning.
Data interpretation & logical reasoning.

After passing class 12th, you cannot do any course in IIM.
IIM has courses only in Post Graduation level.
IIM also conducts courses for Executives having experience in industry
