what is the thing to do in merchant navy? Please tell me the requirements of it

Joining after 12th standard is an option. But for that you must have secured 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Maths combined. You will be joining as a deck cadet then. The other option is available for those who have completed Marine engineering. Mechanical engineers can also join but they must undergo training course for this field.
