Duration of B.Tech program is 4 years. Most of the Universities offer this course in 8 consecutive semesters. So there will be 8 semesters, each having six months. Duration of the course varies with integrated dual degree programs. Duration of integrated B.Tech + M.Tech program is 5 years.
