whts the use of bsnl training for I.T students..?

State run telecom PSU finally open its all training centers for Engineering colleges students across india where under graduate students can use its world class Telecom infrastructure. Now you engineering students can enroll for Summar training at Regional Training centers of BSNL across india on payment of nominal charges with accommodation facility if available. As per some sources , last year BSNL had imparted such training to more than 26000 students and earned Rs. 6.3 crores revenue. Encouraged with this ,the company eyes more revenue this year with focused plans. MTNL , which has two training centres located at Delhi & Mumbai, too has plans to attract students for summer training. BSNL has total 42 training centres scattered across India in major cities of India.
Advanced Level Telecom Training Centre (ALTTC), Ghaziabad one of apex training institute of India owned by BSNL also offer training to engineering students. ALTTC, Ghaziabad is going to conduct 4 weeks and 6 weeks Summer Training Programmes (vocational) for B.E./B.Tech students of 2nd and 3rd year in the month of April, May, June & July 2011. In 5th and 6th weeks, students will be attached for Hands-on- Practice in one of the following Technologies.
1. Cellular Mobile Telecommunication Technology (GSM/CDMA)
2. Telecommunication Digital Switching Systems
3. Digital Transmission Technology /SDH/DWDM
4. Data Communication & Broadband Technology
5. Information Technology.
Name of the Course: Summer Training for Engineering Students.
Duration: 4 Weeks or, 6 Weeks.
Who can apply: Students of 2nd and 3rd year B.E./B.Tech engineering in the disciplines of:
Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EE)
Electronics & Instrumental Engineering (EIE)
Computer Science Engineering (CSE)
Information Technology Engineering (IT)
