Yes, you can try for Junior Engineer profiles in railways. Jobs in PSU like IOCL, NTPC and BHEL are open for diploma holders. GAIL, SAIL, etc are other firms suitable for diploma holders. Technical jobs as well as clerical job positions under government are open for you. You can apply for data entry type jobs.

you can apply for the government jobs as a junior engineer in any technical firms. You can also in defence by giving the exam of NDA.
In private sectors, avery good salary is provided by the companies,but they required experiece person. So firstly take the experience and then apply.
