Who will be the applicant of OBC Non Creamy Layer Certificate (Tamil Nadu)?
Hello Sir, Am trying to get OBC non creamy layer certificate, whether myself should be the applicant or my father? In case father as an applicant, can i use father OBC non creamy layer certificate?

I want non creamy layer certificate in my name but i am a student so i will attach the income proofs of my father so who would be applicant??me or my father??
