Why is the quality certificate different from universities?
my question is; why the the quality of certificate is different for different universities ,that is peoples valuing the certificates like, this certificate from that university so it is value is high or low even the course is same .Remind that govt is approving every universities

Why is the quality certificate different from universities? It is right that govt. approves every university with same power that is either AICTE or UGC but it is the quality of education which differs with colleges .Another thing is reputation of colleges which comes through better results of their students .If you look at IIT-JEE , then you will find that the quality of education provided there is better than other colleges so IITians are doing better than the students of other colleges(forget some exceptions).So reputation is an important thing which takes time to build and companies need better employee so first of all they try for students persuing degree in better colleges.
