hai, i have 37 backlogs in b.tech. All these happend bcz of my laziness nd lack of aim. Bt nw i posses an aim, dat is, a mba graduation frm iims. For dat i have 2 clear my backlogs as soon as possible, at d same time i need a job 2 survive. Any1 of have gone through a situation lyk dis? Wil a get a job until i clear my backlogr? Ur valuable advices, informatns may help me a lot. Hoping gud...

Dear according to me you should concentrate on studies but not on job.I understand at this stage it would be your urgency that you must have a job but as situation is in worst condition so you must pay your whole attention on your academics only.

dear friend,

Every company want just fresh candidate so they are not allow backlog candidate.

If you have cleared your all backlog then you are eligible for companies.

so you can try to cleared all backlogs.

my suggestion is you have to clear all your backs first.You have very less time

and its your last chance to survive so dont take a chance for a job.Just

concentrate on your study.There are many jobs are present but you should

try for a job after a good result.You can also go for higher studies but your

first aim should be clear your all subject.Do hard work for your studies.

I have one year experience as a gratuate trainee in a software company.But i have 27 backlogs ....so can i get a job as an experienced candidate in another company
